Born on 13 November 1989, I took an interest in food very
early on. Growing up as the eldest son in the family, my dad had always pushed
me to recognised vegetables, herbs, poultry, fishes and many others. My dad has
always been the greatest influence for me when it comes to food. You know how
you all have your mums or your grandmothers as the best cooks in the family?
Mine was my dad!
He always had me in the kitchen with him as he cooks,
teaches me his “secret recipes” that till now, I can never get it right. But he
is one of my reasons why I decide to open my own food blog. He always brings
the family around for good food and many of the joyous memories we had as a
family was over “food hunting” sessions like this. And this is what I want to
share with you people that are reading my post. To share what my dad shared
with me and the family and I’m sharing it out to you guys.
I am not the type that goes for fine dining food, all those
fancy caviars. I hunt for humble foods, created by humble people. Most of the
time, all these great foods goes unnoticed and I think it gives me great
pleasure to bring it to your attention for your humble dining experience.
Without bursting your pockets, I’ll hunt for foods that delight your pallets
and your pockets at the same time.
